Countries Of Delivery
We can deliver to every country in the world. However due to licence restrictions we are unable to ship any item manufactured by A Wish Come True to : USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand, we can ship other brands to these countries if you would like to place an order for any other brand please contact us
For all other destinations simply select the country from the drop down list and the shipping value will re-calculate, shipping is calculated by volumetric weight, we can ship up to 16kg in volumetric weight (usually around 30 items). If your order is over the volumetric weight limit, we reserve the right to increase the shipping charge before despatch of order. If you order exceeds the volumetric weight limit we will contact you prior to despatch and the additional shipping costs must be paid in full before the order can despatch. Shipping rates may also be effected by changes in fuel prices and we reserve the right to increase shipping costs on any order to any destination, we would notify you in advance and any increase must be paid in full prior to despatch of order.
Placing your order - Made To Order Items
All of our dance costumes are made to order and take between 2 - 12 weeks to deliver. If the product is not marked with 'exchanges are accepted on this item' then it is a made to order item. Approximate delivery times are shown on the individual product page. Delivery times are as accurate as our current information but are subject to confirmation with our suppliers. We are often able to improve stated delivery times, please contact us if you require a faster delivery. Please provide us at the point of order your rehearsal and show/performance date, this will ensure we deliver your order on time.
Once you have placed your order we will send you via e-mail, an order confirmation (usually within 48 hours of placing the order), you can at this point make any amendments you need and we will apply these to your order. Your order will not be processed until we have received written confirmation either via e-mail or fax that you are happy with all aspects of the order. Once we have received your written order confirmation, no further amendments can be made to the order. Your order will then be placed with our suppliers and we will be able confirm your delivery date. We will keep you informed of your order progress as it goes through the manufacturing process.
All items are made to order, we therefore are unable accept any returns or exchange's, this does not affect your statutory rights. Please check the appropriate size guide and sizing advice when placing your order. All of our brands have been manufacturing for many years and following their sizing advice is the most important thing to ensure you get the best possible fit.
Every effort is made to provide accurate colour shades on the site, but colour shades may vary from those shown. Our suppliers may from time to time make changes to fabrics used, we will wherever possible inform you of these fabric changes where we are made aware of them, prior to delivering your order.
All products are subject to availability, we will contact you as soon as is reasonably possible, if we are unable to meet your required for date, and wherever possible offer you a suitable alternative.
Refund Policy - Made To Order Items
All products which are not marked 'exchanges are accepted on this item' are made to order, we are unable to offer any exchange or refund on these items.
Refunds will only be given if an item develops a manufacturing fault, and can not be replaced, and only at the managements discretion. Refund of carriage costs to return items will be limited to our current rates and only given at the managements discretion.
Payment - Made To Order Items
Payment can be made using our published debit or credit cards, Paypal, bank account transfer or company cheque (personal cheques are not accepted). You can either choose to pay a 50% deposit on placing the order -Enter Voucher Code DEPOSIT50 with the balance being due on despatch of goods. Or pay in full at the point of order and receive a 5% order discount - Enter voucher code PREPAY5 (excluding carriage costs). Goods shall remain the property of Show Costumes Ltd until payment is received in full. In the event of order cancellation due to non payment of the balance of the order, deposits will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Placing Your Order - Non Made To Order Items
Each item is marked with an approximate delivery time. These times are based on the average time taken to deliver, and should only be used as a guidleline. We can often deliver quicker than the quoted time, please contact us and we may be able to improve these delivery times for you. If after 28 days from the point of order we are still unable to despatch your order we will contact you to offer you a substitute item or full refund. Please check the appropriate size guide (where applicable) before placing your order as this is the only way to ensure a good fit. Shortly after placing the order you will receive an automated e-mail confirming your order, please check this e-mail carefully. If there is any discrepancy please contact us immediatlely and we will amend the order for you.
Payment - Non Made To Order Items
Payment may be made via Credit, Debit Card or Paypal at the point of order. The prepayment discount and 50% deposit discount are not applicable.
Refunds & Exchanges -Non Made To Order Items
Items which are marked 'exchanges are accepted on this item' are not made to order and may be returned for exchange or refund. Goods must be returned within 14 days of despatch. Goods will not be accepted for exchange or refund after 14 days from despatch of goods. Carriage costs to return goods must be met by the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, items not in their original condition and packaging will not be considered for exchange or refund, any costs incurred to return these items to you must be met by the customer before despatch. Refunds will be for goods only, original carriage charged will not be refunded under any circumstances. Exchanges must be for the same value of goods as originally ordered. Additional carriage costs will apply to exchanged items at the current published rates. Any additional charges (goods & carriage) must be paid by debit or credit card before the despatch of the exchanged item(s). In the event of any item developing a manufacturing fault, a replacement or refund will be offered but only at the managements discretion, carriage refunds will be limited to the current published rates and only given at the managements discretion.

Show Costumes Ltd have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control.

All content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may only download such content for the purpose of using this website.
